N\u011bjak\u00fd ten ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdrobek, celozrnn\u00e9 pe\u010divo, ovoce, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky, libov\u00e9 maso (t\u0159eba ku\u0159ec\u00ed sendvi\u010d). A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je pot\u0159eba doplnit vodu. Nejl\u00e9pe neochucenou, neslazenou a neperlivou.&nbsp;Kdy\u017e vynech\u00e1v\u00e1me odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd denPro na\u0161e t\u011blo je nezbytn\u00fd nejen pohyb, ale tak\u00e9 odpo\u010dinek a regenerace!
