A dokonce u\u017e najdeme m\u00edsta, kter\u00e1 jsou p\u0159\u00edmo ur\u010den\u00e1 k\u00a0s\u00e1\u0148kov\u00e1n\u00ed a jsou k\u00a0tomu i upravov\u00e1na.\t\tA jestli\u017ee nechce sn\u00edh u\u017e ani vid\u011bt, tak si m\u016f\u017eete zaj\u00edt zaplavat. Plav\u00e1n\u00ed je sport, kter\u00fd nezat\u011b\u017euje klouby a \u010dasto se doporu\u010duje i po zran\u011bn\u00edch pro znovu uveden\u00ed sval\u016f do pohybu.
